Group/Pullman max 50 people (Visit to La Valdôtaine)
The visit to the Distillery and to the Ham production laboratory, gives to customers the possibility to combine the visit with the lunch break that usually the tours do during the day, without a proper lunch. During the visit, will be offered a tasting plate, included in the price, with ham and breadsticks with a glass of red or white wine, or water. Customers will have the possibility to sit down while tasting. After the ham tasting, it will continue with the classic tasting of liquors and distillates, included in the price. It will be, of course, possible to buy all our products directly in our outlet.

P.S. This offer could be valid in case of adverse weather, so as the tour through the “Via del Prosciutto” won’t be as good as in a sunny day.

Tasting (lunch break):

- 1 tasting plate per person, 40gr. of Saint Marcel dried-cured ham, Black Label (18 months)
- 3 breadsticks per person, 40 gr.
- 1 glass of red or white wine, or water from Aosta Valley
- 3 tastings per person of liquors and/or distillates

Group/Pullman 30/35 people (Visit to La Valdôtaine + Tour “Via del Prosciutto”)
The visit to the Distillery and to the Ham production laboratory, gives to customers the possibility to combine the visit with the lunch break that usually the tours do during the day, without a proper lunch. During the visit, will be offered a tasting plate, included in the price, with ham and breadsticks with a glass of red or white wine, or water. The customers will have the possibility to sit down while tasting. After the visit and the tasting, the customers will go through the “Via del Prosciutto” up on the hill of Saint-Marcel stopping at Les Drouges to admire the most important European Mountains. At mt. 1506, lunch break at the Merenderia n°4 in Layché. After the lunch, will be offered another visit to the farm La Chèvre Heureuse in Champremier at mt. 1383 (possibility to visit the barn, the laboratory of production and maturation, moreover is possible to buy directly the cheeses from the shepherd). The last stop will be the “base camp” at the Merenderia n°1 La Valdôtaine with a free tasting of our liquors and distillates. There, customers will have the opportunity to buy all our products from our outlet.

P.S. In alternative, depending on the arrival time of the group in Saint-Marcel, the tour could start with the tour through the “Via del Prosciutto” with the lunch at the Merenderia n°4 and as last stop the tasting and the visit to the Distillery of La Valdôtaine.

- 3 breadsticks per person, 40 gr.
- 1 glass of red or white wine, or water from Aosta Valley
- 3 tastings per person of liquors and/or distillates

The menu of the lunch at the Merenderia n°4 will be decided after the reservation.

“Self-service customers”
The visit to the Distillery and to the Ham production laboratory, gives to customers the possibility to combine the visit with a tasting as snack pause or aperitif. Customers will be free to move and visit by their own the “Via del Prosciutto” of Saint-Marcel.

Tasting (aperitif or snack pause)
- 1 tray per couple with 150 gr. of Saint Marcel dried-cured ham, Black Label (18 months)
- 1 packet of breadsticks per couple, 150gr.
- 2 beers 33 cl or 2 bottle of water 50cl or 1 bottle of red or white wine 375 cl. from Aosta Valley
- 5 tastings of our liquors and/or distillates

Group/Pullman >50 people (Visit to the Distillery)
The visit at the Distillery and at the Ham production laboratory, gives to customers the possibility to combine the visit with a tasting. After the visit, customers will taste the ham, the liquors and the distillates. They have, of course, the possibility to buy our products directly from our outlet.

NOTE:
- The reservations is required for groups of people
- The guided visit at the Distillery, with the tasting of the liquors only, is free.
